    All programs are free for JANM members and included with ticket cost and/or museum admission for non-members, unless otherwise noted. 

    We are thankful for the generosity of our members and audiences. If you enjoy the programming and want to help us continue to offer new and exciting opportunities, please use the “additional donation” option to add a donation amount when registering. You can also make a donation here.

    Thank you for being a member! All programs are free for JANM members, unless otherwise noted. You will need to log into your member account on the registration page to receive the member ticket price.

    You should receive a link and/or instructions in your email after you RSVP for the program.

    Please confirm the email address that you registered with and check your “junk mail” or “spam” folder for the email account. If you have still not received the email 24 hours in advance of the program, please contact publicprograms@janm.org.

    Please try an alternate web browser and confirm that you are filling out all required fields (marked with a red asterisk).

    If you are still unable to register, contact publicprograms@janm.org with details about your specific technical issue and your name, email, membership status, and event that you would like to attend so that we can manually register you.

    Most programs are conducted primarily in English without language translation, unless indicated otherwise in the program description. Automatic subtitles and transcripts are now included in Zoom programs and all YouTube videos will be closed captioned within a week of upload. 

    Please feel welcome to email publicprograms@janm.org if you have any questions or specific access needs that are not being met above and we can work with you to make the program accessible.

    For programs on the Zoom webinar or meeting platform: You can participate on a laptop, computer, mobile device, or tablet. The device should have a functional microphone and audio capabilities. You should download the Zoom app ahead of time on any mobile device or tablet you will be using. If you are new to using Zoom, it may be helpful to practice a test run, to ensure that you understand how to use Zoom and that all the features of your device are working properly. If you have questions about the process of using or downloading Zoom or how to access the specific call, please follow this link.

    Live programs will have physical access information listed on the specific program listing.

    Most programs will be recorded and distributed at a later date on our YouTube channel, unless otherwise noted in the registration email. Details will be announced at the start of each program.

    Please be aware that not all programs get uploaded immediately and members get early access to the recordings of some programs. Subscribe to our Youtube channel to keep up to date on newly posted videos.
